Flat Black Tattoo began with colaborative efforts in late 2008 and opened it's doors to the public in April 2009. Owned and operated by Scooter Fahrberger, a resident and artist in the Carson City community since 1985. In cahoots with the areas best and most versatile artists, we proudly bring you the one stop shop to satisfy your tattooing demands.
